They are looking for a Business Analyst Manufacturing. Function

As a Business Analyst you’re based at the European Headquarters of Crosby in Heist-op-den-Berg. You have responsibilities on a European level in helping driving the business process improvements regarding production/manufacturing facilities, BI tools and ERP systems. You work closely with the EMEA Operations Director and report directly to him. You travel regularly to other European Crosby sites (France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands). You work in an inspiring business environment where you have ample opportunities to leave your mark and to make Crosby into an even better organization.

  • Initiate and support business process improvements in Operations;
  • Contribute to the BI implementation and design process;
  • Develop and analyze Operations performance reporting;
  • Be the focal point for data and process analysis for Operations;
  • Coordinate the management of Operations related master data;
  • Prepare and analyze with Operations periodical operational performance reports. Compile the reports in a comprehensive document for management;
  • Identify in cooperation with the Operations Director opportunities for improvements and translate them in ERP and BI reporting requirements;
  • Participate in major ERP related improvement project;
  • Provide BI and ERP support and training to the Operations department users;
  • Identify issues and maintain on a daily basis the ERP database in accordance to the ISO procedure;
  • Provide day to day ERP support to Operations key users in Europe.
Skills and Qualifications
  • The Business Analyst has a Master / University level, e.g. in applied economics, business engineering, finance, supply chain management…;
  • Excellent communicator able to build solid relationships with different internal and external contacts;
  • Result oriented;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • IT knowledge: MS Office, BI tools, ERP systems;
  • English / Dutch / French;
  • 20 to 25% travel (mostly short trips in Europe) doesn’t worry you.
