• Full responsibility of the operations / manufacturing budget and KPI’s.
• You manage the hiring, developing and training of all operations related employees together with his/her direct reports to ensure a lean and competent workforce.
• You lead all manufacturing activities such as production, planning, procurement, product storage, handling and distribution and maintenance.
• Your direct reports include the Production Manager, the Logistics Manager, the HSE Manager and the Maintenance Manager.
• You lead business improvement and transformation projects.
• You promote cross functional cooperation.
• You report to the VP Operations EMEA.

• The Plant Manager Manufacturing has an Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics Master Degree.
• Good people management skills.
• Understanding of pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales planning, planning and inventory control.
• Entrepreneurial & result driven: setting priorities, creating a short and long term operational plan and focusing on high-quality execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and cross-cultural skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
