They are looking for a Quality Manager Telecom.

Quality Manager Telecom
Function
In your role as Quality Manager you are responsible for the Quality systems, Environmental regulations and Health and Safety issues at the OTN Systems Belden facility in Olen, Belgium with strong focus on quality systems and (product) compliance. You ensure compliance to internal and external QHSE requirements and manage the relevant external certifications.
Following topics are part of your job:
- You implement and follow up the QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001).
- You align the QHSE systems with the systems applied in the corporate Belden group.
- To assure continuous improvement, you make sure QHSE objectives (and key performance indicators) are defined and deployed.
- You perform internal audits and take the lead when customers are performing audits at the OTN Systems Belden facility in Olen.
- You host, prepare and coordinate external audits.
- You coordinate and take the lead in case of critical customer quality issues.
- You work together with the proposal and engineering teams in answering customer requests regarding QHSE aspects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master degree or equivalent.
- Several years of relevant working experience in a leading quality and/or HSE role.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO9001. ISO 27001 experience is a plus.
- Proactivity, assertiveness, leadership, enthusiasm, adaptability and diplomacy.
- Fluent communication.
